What should I do if my 3rd party Event tags are not firing?

If the event tags are not firing with the tracking ads tags, you might need to check the type of tags which is being used.

When you download the tags for tracking ads, you’ll get 3 types of tags: Image, Iframe and Javascript

Image tag type doesn’t have the capacity to carry/piggyback the 3rd party tags. Hence, if you’re using the Image tag type, you’ll not see the 3rd party event tags firing

You’d need to use the Iframe or JavaScript tags to fire the event tags
