What should I do if I’m having dynamic tag issues?

If the dynamic tags section is not showing at the floodlight activities, you might need to check whether dynamic tags is enabled or not at the floodlight configuration level. Please follow the below steps to check this:

Navigate to the floodlight configuration level

Scroll down to the section: Tags

Ensure that ‘Dynamic’ is selected

Save the floodlight configuration

Now, navigate back to the floodlight activities

Refresh the page, and scroll down. Now you’ll see the ‘Dynamic tags’ section appearing
