User is unable to view the attribution tab in CM360?

If the user cannot see the attribution tab in CM360, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Check the user profile role and ensure that all conversion-related permissions are enabled, such as “view view-through” and “view click-through.”

Verify if the user profile has any advertiser filters applied. Removing these filters may reveal the attribution tab.

Keep in mind that the user must have access to the parent advertiser as well as all child advertisers under the parent in order to view the attribution tab in the report builder.
