Element Visibility Trigger
GTM’s element visibility trigger activates when a specified element becomes visible within the web browser’s viewport. Events like page loads, scrolls, and bringing a browser tab to the foreground can all lead to an element becoming visible.
In a web browser, the viewport represents the visible area of a webpage to the user. For instance, you may opt to trigger a tag when a particular section of the page, such as the ‘Connect with NYU’ segment in the footer, or a form, comes into view. By employing this trigger type, you have the capability to track the frequency with which a form is visible to the user, even if it remains unfilled.
