Help! CM360 ads not serving!
LE360 support teamThere are multiple scenarios under which CM360 ad won’t serve. Please check the below settings to ensure everything is correctly setup at CM360’s end:
Ads dates should be inline. Ad start date should not be in future or ad end date should not be in past. Please navigate to the ad properties to check the ad start date
Ad and creative status should be active. It means that ad and creative should be active which makes them eligible to serve. Navigate to the ad and creative properties to ensure that they are set to active
There should not be any targeting defined which makes the ad ineligible to serve. Please navigate to the ad properties > scroll down to the targeting section, and check the targeting applied. If the targeting criteria won’t met, ad won’t serve
