What is the process to obtain WebM transcode for video creatives in CM360?
Although WebM transcodes are no longer supported, you can still obtain WebM transcodes by following the steps below:
Contact your creative developer and acquire WebM format creative assets.
Upload the video files in CM360.
Access the creative properties and disable all MP4 transcodes.
Enable the ‘uploaded’ transcode, which is in WebM format and your publisher will be able to serve the creative in WebM format.
